1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the operator of the website enigma.swallnet.com (sole proprietor Petr Laštovka, Company ID 67265227, with registered office at Nuselská 294/10, 14000 Prague, hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) and customers (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) when selling digital products – interactive urban adventure games (hereinafter referred to as the “Games”).

3. Service Description

We offer interactive urban adventure games guided by a virtual narrator in a mobile application. After purchasing a game, the Buyer receives access to a voucher containing a one-time activation code, which enables the game to be activated in the app. The voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

The games take place in real city environments and include logic puzzles, ciphers, and historical insights.

4. Price and Payment

Prices for each game are listed on the website enigma.swallnet.com.

• The Operator is not a VAT payer.
• Payments can be made via credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods supported by the payment gateway.
• Upon successful payment, the Buyer will receive an email containing the activation code for the game.

5. Delivery of Digital Product

After payment, the activation code will be delivered to the Buyer’s email address and can be used in the mobile app. The Buyer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the entered email address before submitting the order.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, provided the activation code has not been used.

To withdraw, the Buyer must contact the Operator via email at enigma@swallnet.com. Upon confirmation that the code has not been activated, the payment will be refunded using the same method used for the original payment, no later than 14 days from confirmation.

7. Complaints Policy

• Complaints may be submitted via email to enigma@swallnet.com.
• A complaint will not be accepted if the activation code has already been used.
• Complaints will be handled individually and usually without delay.

8. Personal Data Protection

The protection of personal data is governed by applicable legislation and a separate document available on enigma.swallnet.com.

9. Export Restrictions

Games are available only within the territory of the Czech Republic. Purchased games can only be redeemed and played within the Czech Republic.

10. Validity and Effectiveness

These Terms and Conditions are valid and effective as of January 1, 2025, and may be amended at any time by the Operator. Updated Terms and Conditions will always be published on the website enigma.swallnet.com.
