These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the operator of the website enigma.swallnet.com (sole proprietor Petr La\u0161tovka, Company ID 67265227, with registered office at Nuselsk\u00e1 294\/10, 14000 Prague, hereinafter referred to as the „Operator“) and customers (hereinafter referred to as the „Buyer“) when selling digital products \u2013 interactive urban adventure games (hereinafter referred to as the „Games“).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We offer interactive urban adventure games guided by a virtual narrator in a mobile application. After purchasing a game, the Buyer receives access to a voucher containing a one-time activation code, which enables the game to be activated in the app. The voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The games take place in real city environments and include logic puzzles, ciphers, and historical insights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prices for each game are listed on the website enigma.swallnet.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After payment, the activation code will be delivered to the Buyer’s email address and can be used in the mobile app. The Buyer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the entered email address before submitting the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, provided the activation code has not been used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
